BankStatement.to is developed and maintained by Moya Labs Ltd, a web development studio based in the United Kingdom. We make powerful software with a playful touch.

With BankStatement.to, we wanted to make a process that is often tedious and time-consuming into something quick, easy, and even enjoyable. We’re clearly biased, but we think we succeeded. BankStatement.to requires no installation, no technical knowledge, and no manual column or row mapping. Just upload your bank statement, and get a clean, structured Excel or CSV file in seconds.

Why we built it

BankStatement.to was born out of a realization that existing tools for converting bank statements were either too complex, too expensive, or simply didn’t work well, and often still required manual clean-up after conversion. We set out to create a product powered by modern AI algorithms to detect and structure transactions accurately.

About Moya Labs

Moya Labs Ltd was founded by Herman Schaaf, a UK-based software engineer with over 20 years of experience with web applications, data pipelines, machine learning and AI. Prior to founding Moya Labs, Herman worked at companies including Skyscanner and Fastly, developing large-scale data processing systems and AI applications.
