When does my monthly billing period start and end?

Your billing month starts on the day you create your account and renews on the same calendar day each month.

What happens if I reach my monthly conversion limit?

You can still access all previously completed conversions, but you won’t be able to create new ones until your monthly allowance resets. If you need more conversions immediately, you can upgrade to a higher plan or purchase an additional one-time download.

What do you mean by “pages”?

A page refers to a single page of a bank statement PDF that you upload. Multi-page statements will count each page separately toward your monthly limits. For example, a 5-page statement will use 5 pages from your allowance. Scanned image uploads, such as JPEG or PNG files, are typically counted as one page, but very large images may be counted as multiple pages.

Which banks and file formats are supported?

We support statements from most major banks worldwide. You can upload PDF statements, including both digital and scanned files. If a statement can’t be processed automatically, we’ll clearly let you know.

How accurate are the Excel or CSV conversions?

Our conversion engine is designed to accurately extract dates, descriptions, amounts, and balances. While accuracy is very high, you can always review and download your data to make any adjustments before using it for accounting or analysis.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes. All uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data is processed solely to perform the conversion and is never shared or sold. You can delete your files at any time from your account. For more information on our approach, see Security.

Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, or at the start of your next billing period for downgrades.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. However, pay-as-you-go credits purchased separately never expire and can be used any time.

Can I export my data in formats other than Excel?

Yes. In addition to Excel (.xlsx), you can export your converted data as CSV files, which are compatible with most accounting and bookkeeping software.

Will the output work with accounting software like Xero or QuickBooks?

Yes. Our Excel and CSV outputs are structured to be easily imported into popular accounting tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, and FreeAgent.

How long does a conversion usually take?

Most statements are processed within seconds. Larger or more complex statements may take a little longer, but are typically completed within a few minutes.

Can I upload multiple statements at once?

Yes. You can upload multiple statements in a single session, and each file will be processed and counted separately toward your monthly limits.

What happens if a statement fails to convert?

If a statement can’t be converted successfully, it won’t count toward your monthly limits. You’ll be notified and can try again or contact support for help.

Can I delete my uploaded statements and converted data?

Yes. You can delete both uploaded files and converted outputs from your account at any time. Deleted data is permanently removed from our systems.

Do you offer discounts for teams or high-volume usage?

Yes. If you regularly process a large number of statements or transactions, contact us to discuss volume pricing or custom plans.

Is VAT included in the listed prices?

Prices are shown excluding VAT where applicable. VAT will be added at checkout based on your billing location.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. You can convert up to 10 pages per month for free without signing up. This lets you see what our service produces before committing to a paid plan.

Will you send my data to LLM providers like OpenAI or Anthropic?

No, we only use models that guarantee that your data is not shared with the model provider for training. For example, AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex.
